Ordsall Hall is a Grade 1 Listed Tudor Manor House – it was first recorded in 1177. Since then it has been home to medieval gentry, Tudor nobility, Catholics loyal to the crown, butchers, farmers, and Earl, an artist, scout troops, mill workers, cows and several ghosts who still roam today!

Get the low down on Tudor lifestyles; reminisce in the Victorian showcase and kitchen; or underneath the wealth of new discoveries to be made in the exciting and informative family events and exhibitions programme.

Ordsall Hall re-opened in 2011 after RS Heritage was involved in the 2 year £6.5 million restoration project.
